Email us

hello@devpacs.com — for anything about your account, a pack, a purchase or a bug.

To help us sort it out first time, include the email address on your account, which pack and day you were on, and a screenshot if something looked wrong.

Common problems

My daily tasks aren't showing

Tasks appear once your pack is active, which happens at local midnight after the pack fills — not the moment you join. If the pack is active and the list is still empty, pull down on the home screen to refresh. Tasks are for the current day only, and apps currently under review are excluded.

I can't submit — the form is locked

Two things have to happen before the submission form unlocks: you must open the app using the button inside DevPacs rather than from your home screen, and a one-minute timer has to finish. Your written response also needs to be at least twenty characters. Submissions close at local midnight and can't be backdated.

I bought an inactivity-point clear and I'm still removed

Clearing your points also restores you to the pack you were removed from and refunds what you forfeited. If it hasn't taken effect, close the app fully and reopen it — the restore can need a second launch to show. If it still looks wrong after that, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll fix it manually.

My purchase didn't arrive

Token purchases are credited as soon as Apple or Google confirms the transaction. If your balance hasn't moved, reopen the app first. If it's still missing, send us the receipt from Apple or Google and we'll credit it. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us — see section 4 of our terms.

I want to cancel my subscription

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from. On iOS, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, then Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; tokens already granted stay in your wallet.

My submission was rejected unfairly

Open the rejected task and tap dispute, adding a note explaining why. Another member of your pack reviews it, or an admin does. You can dispute a rejection once, and the decision is final.

Someone asked me to pay for something

Report it. Open the task, choose report, and pick payment request as the category. Nobody on DevPacs may ask you to use a personal card or account to test their app, for any reason, even with an offer to reimburse you. Reports go straight to an admin.

I want to delete my account

Profile, then settings, then delete account. Read section 9 of the privacy policy first — deleting mid-pack forfeits your entry fee and anything you've banked in that pack.

Reporting a member or a task

To report a member, open their profile and choose report, then pick a category: abuse, misconduct, spam or other. To report a task, open the task and choose report, then pick payment request, abuse, quality issue, unclear task or other. Both let you attach a screenshot, and both go to an administrator who decides whether the report is upheld. You'll be notified of the outcome either way.

Reporting a security issue

If you've found a vulnerability, email hello@devpacs.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We won't pursue action against researchers who report in good faith and don't access or damage other members' data.

Privacy requests
